Our results are consistently well above national and students from different backgrounds and of different abilities thrive. In 2016, Maiden Erlegh School mathematics Progress 8 score in 2016 was +0.4 in the context of a School Progress 8 score of +0.4 and 80% securing a good pass in English and mathematics. Uptake at A Level is high and progress is also strong. Maiden Erlegh School in Reading opened to Year 7 students in 2015 and therefore has no official results.
Professional development is a strength and we offer a flexible CPD programme which staff can tailor to their own needs. We welcome applications from NQTs and from teachers at all points in their career and we have a proven track record of supporting ambitious staff to middle and senior leadership posts. Through our Teaching School and Trust there are Specialist Leader of Education and school improvement opportunities.

Visits to the Trust schools are warmly welcomed so that you can meet us and see our facilities and how we work. Maiden Erlegh Trust is currently made up of two oversubscribed secondary schools within 1.5 miles of each other and a primary school in Bracknell Forest.
